You can use our consultation service for as long as you like if you’re unsure of whether you wish to hire us for other design services.
How do I arrange a Design Consultation?
• Simply call us at (404) 271-2071 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (ET) or email Cb.
• If your architect has your plans on AutoCAD then include them with your e-mail.

How do I know you will give me what I want?
• Just talk to our clients! Cb is known for visualizing a client’s dream and turning it into reality. He has excellent
resources, but if he can’t find what you are looking for in stores, he’ll custom design it for you.
Do I need to have a budget to begin using your services or can you help me with my budget before
I decide to move forward with my project?
• We can help you formulate a budget, so it’s not necessary to have one at the start, but you should know the
scope of your project and the quality level of the furniture and furnishings you plan on purchasing.
Can you work within my budget?
• Absolutely. Although we most often serve a high-end market, we also assist clients who have limited
resources. Cb is always happy to discuss your individual needs by phone prior to a consultation.
How do you structure your design fees?
• We charge an hourly fee for both Consultation and Design services.
Complete Design and Development of your project includes:
- Detailed Space Planning
- Preparing presentation and contract drawings
- Client, supplier and contractor meetings-
- Finding the ideal furniture and furnishings for your project
- Custom Furniture Design as necessary
- Product Procurement, supplier relations and installation of
furniture and furnishings
- Complete Project management including quality control during the pre-construction,
installation and punch-out phases of a project.
Our Design Service pricing is in line with other highly experienced designers. We always outline all fees within a Design Agreement before beginning your project.
• Our corporate and medical clients typically experience an increase in business profits due to increased

Would you measure and design my project space and provide me with a design plan showing
space planning and furniture placement?
• Yes, we have a Design Agreement plan that includes providing you with a computer generated plan or full
AutoCAD blueprints.
• When you have your plan, you are under no obligation to use our complete design services.
You can use the plan to shop around for estimates.
I don’t have time to interview and manage contractors and architects. Can you do that for me?
• Yes, this is all part of our complete design services package. We know some of the best architects
and contractors in the business. Once they begin your project, we make sure that everyone is working towards
your best interest. In addition to being your designer, we work as your advocate and executive project
director, making sure everyone adheres to our drawings and high performance standards.
How long will it take to complete my project?
• After consulting with you about the scope of your project, we can estimate the project’s duration from start
to finish allowing for everything that is within our control. As your executive project director it’s our job to
see that everything stays on schedule. Our experience in dealing with architects, engineers and other outside
vendors including furniture suppliers in Europe, affords you a distinct advantage.
Do you have any references I can call?
• Yes, we have many clients, both residential, corporate and medical who would be happy to talk to you
about their project experience with Cb and Miles Design.
Say I decide to use your complete design services. What happens next?
• Initially, Cb will meet with you for a 1 to 3 hour consultation. This is usually in your home, or anywhere
you choose that is convenient for you.
• There you will discuss your ideas and he will give you expert planning and design advice.
Prior to the consultation Cb may ask you some questions (via email or on the phone) to help you save time.
• After the consultation we will send you a design contract agreement outlining the scope of the project,
all services, fees and obligations.
